01 The lab’s specialties

Websites, online stores, marketing, AI agents, and automations.

That work has meant websites, online stores, and the marketing around them. It also means AI agents and automations that run on top of the systems you already use.

Featured Specimen A

AI agents

A defined job, not an open chatbot.

I build agents that take a specific job off your plate. Not a widget that will talk about anything — an agent that reads the systems you already have, follows the steps we agree on, and stops when a person should take over.

  • Answers from your own pages, docs or product data — and says when it doesn’t know.
  • Drafts a reply, summarizes a thread or looks up an order before anyone hits send.
  • Plugs into WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or a custom app, with a log of everything it did.

I write the integration myself: the instructions, the tool calls, the limits, and the path for when the model is wrong.

Featured Specimen B

Automations

Forms, orders, and the next step.

When a form is submitted, an order is paid or a status changes, the next step should happen without anyone retyping it. I connect those paths and test what happens when a step fails.

  • A WooCommerce or Shopify order, or a form, that creates the record, the task, or the email your team expects.
  • A scheduled job that syncs stock, cleans a list or sends a report you can actually read.
  • Webhooks between WordPress, a custom API and the tools you already open every day.

I keep the chain short enough to explain: you can see what ran, what failed, and how to switch it off.

Website design & development

WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify, for store owners and agencies.

I have vast experience in web application development: websites and web apps built with current tools and written as clean, organized code, so they keep working well for years.

I also provide cross-platform UI design — layouts that stay easy to use on a phone and on a desk.

02 The human in the lab

Hello! I’m Mani Khan.

I have been freelancing since 2009. I build AI agents, automations, API integrations, websites, WordPress, and WooCommerce and Shopify stores. I am the founder of SeoSiteSoft.

I started freelancing as a front-end developer in 2009. My first project was the front-end of an eCommerce store for an Australia-based business. Since then I have worked with clients in the countries listed on this page.

When you work with me, you are not working with a broker. As a programmer, I do the programming myself.

These days I also build AI agents and automations that sit on top of the websites, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, and tools my clients already use.

03 The recipe

Six short steps to your brand new website.

Every project goes into the same cauldron. The steps below are how a website gets built. Stores and automations go through the same six stages. I like long-term relationships, so launch is where our work together starts — not where it ends.

fig. 05 — Brew stirs in step 01, Discussion
  1. Step 01

    Discussion

We talk about the goals of the website. Once we know why you want a new site, we work together to identify the content it needs and the features it should have.

  2. Step 02

    Planning

Once I understand your needs, I create a plan to design and develop the website to meet your specifications.

  3. Step 03

    Design

Functionality matters, but good design makes a visitor want to stay. I work on the layout with responsiveness, a user-friendly experience and an aesthetically pleasing look in mind.

  4. Step 04

    Coding

The most specialized stage. I pride myself on writing clean, organized code, so you have a highly functioning website for years to come.

  5. Step 05

    Testing

I test the site internally first, then you test it on your end. Everything should work, and it should launch with no loading errors or bugs.

  6. Step 06

    Launch

The site goes live on your domain for the world to see. I hope you’ll come back to me for future updates and digital marketing.
