White-label development for agencies that sell the work

White-label development is build work a digital agency can deliver to its own clients. For agency projects, I work white-label under your agency's name. The work can be websites, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, AI agents, or automations, with the code written by Mani Khan rather than passed to a broker.

01 The handoff

What the agency is buying

Digital agencies that need white-label development are who this is for. The work can be WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify, AI agents, and automations. Search, paid ads, and social can be part of the same relationship after launch.

You are not working with a broker. I do the programming myself. I make myself available so there are no long lag times in communication. Agency timelines are usually someone else's client deadline.

  • The brief

Discussion starts with the goal the agency needs delivered.

  • The build

A website, a WooCommerce or Shopify store, an agent, or an automation.

  • Their name

Work the agency can show its client under the agency’s name.

02 White-label

What the agency's client sees

For agency projects, I work white-label under your agency's name. The code is written here rather than passed to a broker. If a contract needs an extra line, put that in the first email so planning can include it.

A white-label engagement starts with discussion of the goal, then planning, design, coding, testing, and launch. Launch is where the work together starts, not where it ends, which matters if the agency wants monthly support afterward.

03 What you leave with

Deliverables

  • The site, WooCommerce or Shopify store, agent, or automation the agency is selling, built through the six stages.
  • Code written by me, not forwarded to a broker.
  • A plan matched to the agency's specification before coding starts.
  • A test pass internally, then with you, before anything is called launched.
  • Work the agency can show its client under the agency's name.

04 The recipe

Process

Every project goes through the same six stages. The steps below are how a website is built. Stores and automations go through those same stages.

  1. Step 01 — Discussion

We talk about the goals of the website. Once we know why you want a new site, we work together to identify the content it needs and the features it should have.

  2. Step 02 — Planning

Once I understand your needs, I create a plan to design and develop the website to meet your specifications.

  3. Step 03 — Design

Functionality matters, but good design makes a visitor want to stay. I work on the layout with responsiveness, a user-friendly experience and an aesthetically pleasing look in mind.

  4. Step 04 — Coding

The most specialized stage. I pride myself on writing clean, organized code, so you have a highly functioning website for years to come.

  5. Step 05 — Testing

I test the site internally first, then you test it on your end. Everything should work, and it should launch with no loading errors or bugs.

  6. Step 06 — Launch

The site goes live on your domain for the world to see. I hope you'll come back to me for future updates and digital marketing.

Discussion is with the agency, about the client goal they need delivered. Planning produces the plan their specification asks for. Design and coding are the build. Testing includes the agency's review before anything is called launched. Launch is the work ready for the agency to hand on.
