White-label development for agencies that sell the work

White-label development is build work a digital agency can deliver to its own clients. For agency projects, I work white-label under your agency's name. The work can be websites, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, AI agents, or automations, with the code written by Mani Khan rather than passed to a broker.

What the agency is buying

The buyers named at the top of the homepage include digital agencies that need white-label development help. The work itself is the same work as the other service pages: WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify, AI agents, and automations. Online marketing help from the homepage, search, paid ads, and social, can be part of the same relationship after launch.

You are not working with a broker. I do the programming myself. I make myself available so there are no long lag times in communication. That promptness line is published because agency timelines are usually someone else's client deadline.

What the agency's client sees

For agency projects, I work white-label under your agency's name. The code is written here rather than passed to a broker. If a contract needs an extra line, put that in the first email so planning can include it.

I am Founder & CEO of SeoSiteSoft, a web and SEO agency. This personal site is where the freelance practice is described. A white-label engagement still starts with discussion of the goal, then planning, design, coding, testing, and launch. Launch is where the work together starts, not where it ends, which matters if the agency wants monthly support afterward.

Deliverables

  • The site, WooCommerce or Shopify store, agent, or automation the agency is selling, built through the six published stages.
  • Code written by me, not forwarded to a broker.
  • A plan matched to the agency's specification before coding starts.
  • A test pass internally, then with you, before anything is called launched.
  • Work the agency can show its client under the agency's name.

Process

Every project on this site goes into the same cauldron. The steps below are the process published for a website. Stores and automations go through the same six stages, and I use those stages on this service too.

Step 01 — Discussion

We talk about the goals of the website. Once we know why you want a new site, we work together to identify the content it needs and the features it should have.

Step 02 — Planning

Once I understand your needs, I create a plan to design and develop the website to meet your specifications.

Step 03 — Design

Functionality matters, but good design makes a visitor want to stay. I work on the layout with responsiveness, a user-friendly experience and an aesthetically pleasing look in mind.

Step 04 — Coding

The most specialized stage. I pride myself on writing clean, organized code, so you have a highly functioning website for years to come.

Step 05 — Testing

I test the site internally first, then you test it on your end. Everything should work, and it should launch with no loading errors or bugs.

Step 06 — Launch

The site goes live on your domain for the world to see. I hope you'll come back to me for future updates and digital marketing.

Discussion is with the agency, about the client goal they need delivered. Planning produces the plan their specification asks for. Design and coding are the build. Testing includes the agency's review, which is the published you test it on your end step. Launch is the work ready for the agency to hand on.

Questions

Do you do white-label development for agencies?

For agency projects, I work white-label under your agency's name. The work can be a website, a WooCommerce or Shopify store, an AI agent, or an automation. Mani Khan writes the code himself instead of passing the work to a broker. Discussion, planning, design, coding, testing, and launch are the same stages used on a direct project.

What can an agency hand over as white-label work?

An agency can hand over the services already published here: AI agents, automations, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, and WordPress sites, plus the online marketing help listed on the homepage. Mani writes the code. The six stages still apply, from discussion through launch. A white-label job is still a real project with a goal, a deadline, and what already exists.

Whose name appears on the finished work?

For agency projects, I work white-label under your agency's name. The code is written here rather than passed to a broker. The agency is the buyer on this engagement. If a contract needs an extra line, put it in the first email so planning can include it.

How does a project start?

A project starts when you email mani@manikhan.com or use the form on this site, and we discuss the goal before anything is built. Discussion identifies the content, the features, and the job to be done. Planning comes next, then design, coding, testing, and launch. You do not need a finished specification. The goal, the deadline, and what already exists are enough to begin.

How is payment handled?

The starting rates are listed on the pricing page. Send your project details for a written quote. Payment handling is part of that written quote, and it is set before coding starts. The engagement is a one-off project, monthly support, or white-label work. Email mani@manikhan.com with the job.

What hours do you work?

I work with clients in the US, UK, Canada and Australia and agree on overlap hours at the start of each project. Mani Khan makes himself available so there are no long lag times in communication. My clients' success is my first priority.
